How to Cook Your Roast Beast

A Very Good favourite, our Roast Beast, is often served alongside the Stuffed Beast for a Very good feast. We also recommend trying it out sliced on a sandwich or charcuterie board.

Cook it up however you're feelin'. "And you, you yourself... the Very Good fan... will carve the Roast Beast!"

Cooking Method 1

Warm your beast in the oven at 300F for 20 minutes until heated through. Let cool for a few minutes, carve, and enjoy!

We even have a How to Cook Your VGB Roast Beast video that shows us how the Bean Butchers do it.

Cooking Method 2

Thaw the beast. Preheat oven to 375℉. Remove all packaging from the roast beast. Brush the roast beast with olive oil and place in a roasting pan on a rack.

Place back in the oven and reduce heat to 300 and cook for 15-20 minutes or until an internal temperature of 160℉.
