
A Very Good favourite, our Roast Beast, is often served alongside the Stuffed Beast for a Very good feast. We also recommend trying it out sliced on a sandwich or charcuterie board.

Cooking Method 1
Warm your beast in the oven at 300F for 20 minutes until heated through. Let cool for a few minutes, carve, and enjoy!

Cooking Method 2
Thaw the beast. Preheat oven to 375℉. Remove all packaging from the roast beast. Brush the roast beast with olive oil and place in a roasting pan on a rack.
Place in a preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove after 10 minutes and turn the stuffed beast over.
Place back in the oven and reduce heat to 300 ℉ and cook for 15-20 minutes or until an internal temperature of 160℉.
Let stand for 10 minutes before carving.

Cooking Method 3
Thaw the beast. Preheat oven to 375℉. Remove all packaging roast beast.
In a large skillet over medium/high heat and 2 tbsp of olive oil and brown the roast beast on all sides, approximately 3-4 minutes per side. Remove roast beast from skillet and place in a roasting pan on a rack.
Place in a preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove after 15 minutes and turn the stuffed beast over.
Place back in the oven and cook for another 10-15 minutes or until an internal temperature of 160℉.
Let stand for 10 minutes before carving.
