Jack is back at it again and this time he is whipping up a game day favourite. These nachos make a great snack, or a quick dinner. Topped with The Very Good Butchers BBQ Jackfruit, Cultured Nut cheeze sauce, and all your favourite toppings you’ll likely be tossing together more than one plate of these this holiday season.
Jack of All Trades Nachos
1 pkg VGB BBQ jackfruit
2 cup The Cultured Nut cheeze sauce (recipe below)
1 bag Tortilla Chips
½ Red Onion, diced
1 Green Pepper, diced
1 cup Black beans
½ cup of Salsa
1 Jalapeno Pepper, sliced
3 Green Onions, chopped
¼ cup Cilantro leaves
1 Avocado, diced
Arrange tortilla chips on a parchment or foil-lined baking sheet. Pour 1 ½ cups of The Cultured Nut cheeze sauce over the tortilla chips. Arrange red onions, peppers, black beans and green onions over tortilla chips. Pour remaining cheeze sauce over nachos and liberally sprinkle BBQ Jackfruit over nachos.
Place on the middle rack of the oven and back 15-20 minutes.
Remove from oven and garnish with avocado and cilantro leaves.
The Cultured Nut Cheese Sauce
1 block of your favourite Cultured Nut cheeze
2 cup Almond Milk
2 cup Almond Flour
1 Tbsp Arrowroot
1 Tsp Sea Salt
2 Tbsp Vegan Butter
Place all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth.
Place into a medium saucepan on medium heat and whisk until thickened, approx 5-8 minutes.
