Brekky is one of the best parts of the holiday season. Sleeping in, waking up slow and enjoying a wholesome breakfast filled with all your favourite plant-based foods. Just add coffee and your PJs.

Below we are providing the basics to make your mornin’ a little tastier. To complete your omelette or scramble, just add all your favourite fillings. A few of our favs are the Smokin’ or The Very British Bangers, Bacon, and Pepperoni. The cherry on the “omelette” is, of course, the cheese. The cheese toppin' off our "eggs" will be @CulturedNut Captain Pepper-Jack or Rascal & Rascal with Sriracha.

Very Good Butchers Omelette and Scramble


450g Medium tofu
¼ c Aquafaba
4 tbsp Nutritional yeast
1 tsp Cornstarch
4 tbsp Chana (chickpea flour)
¼ tsp Onion powder
½ tsp Garlic powder
½ tsp Black salt
¼ tsp Tumeric

In a blender, mix tofu and aquafaba until smooth.

In a bowl, mix dry ingredients.

Add dry ingredients to the blender and pulse until smooth. Do not over blend as the mix will heat up and discolour.
