    Once opened, store it in our breathable wrap in the fridge for up to 5 weeks. Do not refreeze.

    As soon as you order, our Bean Butchers prepare your Very Good Cheese and send it to the deep freezer before packaging in an insulated box with ice packs and/or dry ice.
