Cooking Instructions

While our products are pre-cooked we recommend heating them up for best results.
Some product specific cooking instructions are below :)


Burgers and Bangers

Grilling: Grill for 7-8 minutes turning occasionally.  For best results use a basting liquid. We like to use 50% BBQ Sauce, 30% rootbeer, 20% oil, salt and pepper.  Baste the patties/bangers each time that they are turned to ensure that they stay moist and delicious. Ensure burgers/bangers are piping hot before serving.

Oven: Set oven to 375c brush with oil, salt and pepper.  Cook for 10-12 minutes turning halfway through  the cooking time.  You can marinate the burgers beforehand with your favourite marinade for a different flavour each time.

Griddle: Brush both sides of the patties/bangers with your favourite marinade.  Grill for 7-8 mins turning halfway through the cooking time. Ensure burgers/bangers are piping hot before serving.

Jackfruit
Warm in a frying pan for 5-6 minutes.. Add extra sauce if you like it saucier. Ensure the jackfruit is piping hot before serving.

Grilled Breast
Grilling: Grill for 7-8 minutes turning occasionally.  For best results use a basting liquid. Ensure breasts are piping hot before serving.

Oven: Set oven to 375c brush the breasts with oil, salt and pepper.  Cook for 10-12 minutes turning halfway through  the cooking time.  You can marinate the breasts before hand with your favorite marinade for a different flavour each time.  Ensure breasts are piping hot before serving

Ribs
Grill: Grill for 8-10 mins turning occasionally.  Ensure teh ribs are piping hot before serving.

Oven: Set oven to 375c cook for 15-18 mins. Ensure the ribs are piping hot before serving.

Griddle: Griddle for 10-12 mins turning halfway through the cooking time. Ensure the ribs are piping hot before serving.
