Grilling: Grill for 4-6 minutes turning occasionally. For best results use a basting liquid. We like to use 50% BBQ Sauce, 30% rootbeer, 20% oil, salt and pepper. Baste the patties each time that they are turned to ensure that they stay moist and delicious. Ensure burgers are piping hot before serving.

Oven: Set oven to 375C brush with oil, salt and pepper. Cook for 10-12 minutes turning halfway through the cooking time. You can marinate the burgers beforehand with your favourite marinade for a different flavour each time.

Stovetop: Brush both sides of the patties with your favourite marinade. We like to use 50% BBQ Sauce, 30% rootbeer, 20% oil, salt and pepper. Cook for 4-6 mins turning halfway through the cooking time to baste. Ensure burgers are piping hot before serving.
