Shipping Policy

General Information 

Due to increased shipping costs, we are only able to ship direct to your door if you live in British Columbia, Alberta or Saskatchewan.
 

Canadian Orders

  • Orders to BC, AB and SK are shipped with Purolator.
  • The best way to get an accurate estimate of shipping costs is to enter your address into the shipping section of checkout. You are not obligated to purchase by doing so.
  • Orders are shipped on Monday's, Tuesday's and Wednesday's. This means that all orders up to midnight on Sunday will be processed, packed and ship in the following 3 days.

    You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order is packed and ready for pickup. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

Local Pick-Up

Due to the volume of orders, our expanding product selection and limitations of storage our our Victoria Butcher Shop, it is no longer possible to order produts online and pick them up in person.

All orders placed online will be shipped directly to you.

Refund Policy

The following outlines the conditions under which we determine if a refund is appropriate:

Product Condition

If the package spent over 7 days in transit, then we would not consider the products safe to consume. If your package arrived in 7 or less days from the shipping date, and the packages are not showing any sign of ballooning or breaking of the vacuum seals, then it will be safe to eat.
