    Room for Improvement

    As a chef I'm being a bit critical here but my honest opinion. The nutritional yeast is a bit overpowering and comes too much to the forefront. It's a little on the soft side (like cream cheese) and could use more spice (just my preference) but otherwise is a great tasting alternative to dairy cheese and I would try some of the others.

    Tastes like alcohol.

    Maybe I got a bad batch but the cheese was not good and I couldn't even eat it. It had a alcohol like taste. I was really excited to try it with my burgers but the taste was too bad
